3D Printers Warranty (3 Months)
Coverage Period: 3 months from the date of delivery.
Covers: Manufacturing defects and material failures.
Service: Free repair or replacement of defective units.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is determined to be the seller’s fault.
Product-Specific Coverage
3D Printed Products:
These items are made-to-order based on customer requests, utilizing premium materials and professional-grade printers. Due to their custom-made nature, these products are not suitable for resale and are subject to normal wear and tear during use.
No warranty is provided for normal use, damage, or wear. Products manufactured via 3D printing are expressly excluded from quality guarantees due to the inherent technical limitations of the technology.
STL Files:
As digital products, no warranty coverage is provided for STL files.
Warranty Claims Process
