Special Notes for Products
3D Printed Products & Hardware Kits:
These products are made-to-order based on customer requests, with some items being custom-made or unsuitable for resale due to their nature. As a result, they are exempt from the 14-day return policy.
Returns are only accepted for shipping damage.
If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.
Please inspect all items carefully during unboxing.
Digital Products (STL Files):
Due to the nature of digital files, once STL files have been delivered to your email address, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damages & Defects
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Shipping Fee Policy
Returns Due to Buyer’s Reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase):
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For free shipping orders, the original shipping cost paid by the seller will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you request an exchange, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
Returns Due to Seller’s Reasons (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product):
The seller will cover the return shipping cost.
For free shipping orders, no deduction will be made for the original shipping cost, and a full refund will be issued.
