1. 3D Printed Products & Hardware Kits
All items are made-to-order based on customer specifications, with many components being custom-manufactured. These products are therefore exempt from standard 14-day return policies due to their bespoke nature.
Returns are only accepted for shipping-related damages.
To file a damage claim: • You must submit unboxing video evidence • Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery • All packaging materials must be retained for inspection
2. Digital Products (STL Files)
All digital file purchases are final.
Files become non-refundable and non-exchangeable immediately upon email delivery.
Ensure email accessibility before purchasing – we cannot resend files to invalid/nonfunctional addresses.
3. Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities
We transmit precise shipping addresses provided by customers to our authorized carriers.
Consequences of delivery failure: • No reshipments will be initiated • No refunds will be issued • Full liability transfers to the customer
Customer obligations: • Actively monitor package tracking status • Directly coordinate delivery solutions with your local carrier
Abandonment Policy: Unclaimed packages will be legally classified as abandoned 14 calendar days after delivery issue notification. To prevent abandonment, customers must:

Shipping Fee Policy

For Free Shipping Orders:
The original shipping costs and any applicable customs duties covered by the seller will be subtracted from the refund amount upon processing.
2. Returns Initiated by the Seller (e.g., dispatch of incorrect item, product damaged prior to delivery)
The seller shall bear all return shipping costs, customs duties, and administrative fees arising from the return process.
For Free Shipping Orders:
No deduction will be applied to the original shipping cost, and a full refund (including prepaid customs duties) will be issued within 5 business days.
