Small 3D printing textures may be visible on the sword but do not affect its strength or durability. A slight curve of the blade when fully extended is normal due to minor limitations in 3D printing precision and gravity. This does not impact how well it can be played with or displayed. The glow effect will be more pronounced under light exposure, especially under ultraviolet (UV) light.
Please inspect the sword carefully while unboxing it and make a video recording of the process. This will allow us to swiftly address any fractures or damage that may have occurred during shipping by providing clear evidence for a replacement.
