3D Printers - 3 months warranty
Every 3D printer sold on our website comes with a 3 months warranty from the date of delivery. Within this period, if your 3D printer develops a fault from defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us.
3D Pens - 6 months warranty
Our 3D pens come with a 6 months warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you have any issues with your 3D pen within this period, please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to help you. If your pen is deemed inoperable, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the warranty. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us.
Filaments - No Warranty
As consumable products, our filaments and 3D printed items such as swords and toys do not come with a warranty. We thoroughly test all our filaments to ensure optimal print quality and performance.
3D Printed Products - No Warranty
The 3D printed swords and toys are produced using high performance 3D printers and premium materials. It is important to note that these items are custom-made and are subject to wear and tear during use. While we take great care in producing these products, we regret that we cannot provide a warranty to guarantee their condition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding.
STL Files - No Warranty
As STL files are digital products, there is also no warranty for them.
To Claim Warranty
To claim warranty for a defective 3D printer or pen, please contact our customer support team. We will diagnose the issue and arrange repair or replacement as applicable. Proof of purchase showing the order date is required.
Returns and exchanges must comply with our return/exchange policy. Please be aware.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage from incorrect use, accidents, neglect, modifications etc.
- Used with other products or items (including plastic filament) that are not compatible with the product
- Modified, altered, opened, or otherwise tampered with
- Damaged such that the serial number is altered, defaced or removed
- Used in a manner for which it is not designed, including, but not limited to, handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the operating instructions
- Immersed in water or otherwise exposed to moisture
- Commercial or industrial usage
- Products bought from unauthorized resellers
