After you place your order, we will send the files to your email as soon as possible (within 12 hours) via 3d4create@gmail.com. Please make sure that your email address is correct. If you don't see an email from 3D4Create in your inbox, please remember to check your spam folder as well.
Due to the nature of digital files, once the STL files have been delivered to your email address, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
