Important Information for the Retractable Sword:

Small 3D printing textures may be visible on the sword but do not affect its strength or durability. A slight curve of the blade when fully extended is normal due to minor limitations in 3D printing precision and gravity. This does not impact how well it can be played with or displayed.

Please inspect the sword carefully while unboxing and make a video recording of the process. This will allow us to swiftly address any fractures or damage that may have occurred during shipping by providing clear evidence for a replacement. 

Important Information for the STL Files:

After you place your order, we will send the files to your email as soon as possible (within 12 hours) via 3d4create@gmail.com. Please make sure that your email address is correct. If you don't see an email from 3D4Create in your inbox, please remember to check your spam folder as well.

Due to the nature of digital files, once the STL files have been delivered to your email address, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
